Sessions are available online across the UK or in-person in Heywood, Rochdale, Bury and Greater Manchester.

We use techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Person-Centred Counselling to address your unique needs.


For a more relaxed experience, we also provide "Walk and Talk" therapy sessions. Our online service is equally effective as in-person sessions, giving you the flexibility to choose what suits your schedule and comfort best.

Private Health Insurance Clients

Uplift Therapy Solutions is a Bupa-registered therapist, providing private anxiety therapy as well as support for stress, depression and trauma.

You can access sessions online from anywhere in the UK, or meet in person if you're based in Greater Manchester.

If you're a Bupa health insurance member, you can use your plan to receive counselling with an experienced, accredited professional, making support simple and affordable.
