Nad is an accredited psychotherapist (MBACP) and founder of Uplift Therapy Solutions, dedicated to helping individuals overcome anxiety and emotional challenges. With over eight years of experience, Nad blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, and Person-Centred Counselling into personalised treatment plans aimed at fostering resilience and emotional well-being.
Nad holds an MSc in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapies, along with certifications in Therapeutic Counselling, Hypnotherapy, and Auricular Acupuncture. With additional studies in Theology and Philosophy, Nad offers a culturally informed and holistic approach to mental health care, focusing on each individual’s unique needs.
Through Uplift Therapy Solutions, Nad provides evidence-based therapies in a supportive and confidential environment, while also sharing mental health resources on social media platforms, including YouTube (@UpliftTS).
